Formative research: a reflective look in times of pandemic; [Investigação formativa: um olhar reflexivo em tempos de pandemias]

Resumen

Introduction: it is unquestionable to recognizetheadvancesthathavebeenunfolding inourcountryregardingformativeresearchin higher education at the undergraduate level, as a result of the global health crisis that has affected the different educational scenarios, thus impacting the profiles required in the new emerging society. Formative research is a transversal topic of special relevance, always subject to dissimilar critical knots and needs for substantial improvement at thelevelofteachersandstudentsthemselves. Objective: to approach a theoretical reflection on formative research in times of health emergency. Materials and methods: qualitative paradigm research, interpretative approach, based on a documentary review, revealing multiple perspectives of the researched topic, admitting a theoretical reference point, from a phenomenological approach. A theoretical triangulation was carried out with the information obtained to arrive at a theoretical approach based on the object of study. Results: a reflection on the training received and the new demands of higher education is revealed, with emphasis on the inquiry and problematization of the proposed topic, as well as the production of academic-scientific works that promote the contribution to educational innovation. © (2022), (Corporacion Universitaria Lasallista).
