Resumen

The purpose of this research was to analyze the connection between financial management and sales management in micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the provinces of Barranca, Huaura and Huaral in Peru. For this purpose, literature on financial management and sales management in MSEs was reviewed, and a field study was conducted using a survey of 425 owners of MSEs in the aforementioned provinces, which are in business in the year 2022. The results of the research indicate a relevant or important connection between financial management and sales management in the Mypes, which were found in the ordinal logistic regression test the D of sommers is equal to 0.26 this indicates that there is a positive moderate connection or link between financial management and sales management, then the companies have a good financial management and tend to have better sales management, and vice versa. In addition, it was found that most of the surveyed MSMEs do not have good financial management and this is related to problems in sales management, concluding, according to [5][6][16], that MSMEs should improve their financial management and sales management to increase the profitability and sustainability of their businesses. It is also suggested that local authorities provide technical and financial assistance to MSEs to improve their business management.
