Feasibility of using an optimized system in the management of change control in plans to improve the communication system between those involved

Resumen

This research addresses the improvement of communication to prevent interference in plans for small-medium sized multi-family housing projects. Based on this problem, the need to innovate and improve efficiency, adapting it to new technologies, is evident. To this end, an optimized system is proposed through the use of Odei.io, which centralizes information, allows real-time monitoring of the project and facilitates collaboration between specialties. It should be noted that the research is based on a theoretical approach and is validated through the judgment of experts in the real estate project construction sector, whose results together demonstrate the viability of the proposal and the predisposition for its implementation in projects of this type.
