Resumen
This research studies the influence of feasibility on the design of a house using green roofs in the Las Casitas Sector, Tartar Grande Village, Los Baños del Inca District in the Cajamarca Department; These green spaces are a mitigation strategy to mitigate the environmental impact. An intentional stratified probability sampling was used, as well as a questionnaire addressed to the homeowners in the area. Evaluating the feasibility of the house and that it complies for a type of extensive green roof. It is concluded that the feasibility directly influences so that the design can be carried out in a way that complies with the regulations, being a functional home, in addition that the chosen home complies with the additional load of 725 kg/cm2, and with the maximum drifts with lower values of 0.007 established in standard E.030 Earthquake Resistant Design of the National Building Regulations, having values of 0.0003012 and 0.0000398 for the first floor and second floor in the X direction respectively, likewise in the Y direction of 0.0004472 and 0.000059 for the first floor and second floor respectively. A direct cost of eight hundred and twenty-eight with 37/100 nuevos soles (S/. 828.37) was obtained, evidencing that it is profitable by contributing economically to its inhabitants, using it for their own consumption, generating social and ecological responsibility.
