Alvarez Sea L.K.; Adrian Barboza Chata S.; Elespuru G.B. · Congreso Internacional de Innovacion y Tendencias en Ingenieria, CONIITI (2024) · DOI: 10.1109/coniiti64189.2024.10854850

Resumen

This study focuses on the feasibility and application of Last Planner System 2.0 in the scheduling and execution of modular bridges in Peru, highlighting the importance and distinction of an appropriate control and follow-up management to minimize incidents. The most significant parameters concern the integration and sequencing of Takt planning principles, the critical path method (CPM), phased planning and Lookahead to optimize the management of time, resources and uninterrupted workflow. A comparative study was conducted between pre- and post-implementation periods and analysis of LPS 2.0 on modular bridge projects, revealing significant improvements in the development of weekly plans and a notable reduction in the variability of the Percentage of Plan Completed (PPC). Implementation results demonstrate significant improvements, incidents were reduced by 77.41% from 29 to 8 incidents, incident response time was reduced to 57.14%, and additional costs were reduced by 64.28%. In addition, compliance with the execution deadlines (PPC) increased from 69.81% to 93.39%. The values obtained support the efficiency and adaptability of the tools used, contributing to the fulfillment of planned activities. The improvement in the processes is reflected in a cost reduction accompanied by a better workflow and compliance with deadlines in the various stages of construction of Harzone type modular bridges.
