Resumen
Bring technology closer to improve services for the population from the public perspective, is one of the most important challenges in national and subnational governments, thus, the main objective of the research was to propose the “face to face” intervention model to optimize citizen security services.at different levels of government basing in information systems on the cloud and artificial intelligence. The purpose of the model called “Face to face” is to optimize and make the public services offered by governments more efficient, since there is currently a wave of citizen insecurity affecting the population as a whole. The “Face to face” model was developed by an interdisciplinary team of professionals based on various pragmatic and theoretical studies as background. It is concluded that the model is adequate to optimize citizen security services through information systems in the cloud with facial biometric recognition supported by artificial intelligence and citizen participation; it is also a model that can be adaptable and replicable at any level of government; it is established that prior to its implementation the legal basis must be regulated as appropriate.
