Resumen
The research characterized experiential learning on family-emotional health from post-pandemic memory in university students from a northern Peruvian region. Methodologically, a qualitative approach was used with a case study design with participants who met the inclusion requirements. The information was collected by direct observation and interview techniques, using logbook and semi-structured questionnaire instruments, while descriptive and heuristic analysis mediated by comparative matrices was applied to obtain the results. The results show that a disruptive fact of direct affectation as the pandemic generated a highly significant experiential learning in the university students, but not awareness of the socio-emotional health of the same, affecting them adversely, implying that the managers of the university organization consider the training of their students in family-emotional health in order to raise awareness of the social importance of mental health related to the proper management of emotions in critical situations.
