Resumen

Applying sustainable strategies and energy simulation through software for mechanical, electrical, lighting and automation systems, the design of a building project was oriented in order to obtain LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. The work was done as part of the project to build a ten-story tower for use in offices and commercialareas in Lima, Peru.
