Resumen
The objective of this work was to determine the concentrations of nitrogen-N, phosphorus-P, and potassium-K of the Biol biofertiliser obtained from the anaerobic fermentation of the sludge from the breeding of Oreochromis niloticus “tilapia” in a polychloride biodigester. vinyl. Bioles are considered organic fertilisers, very rich in nutrients both in micro and especially in macronutri-ents (N, P, and K) and are the result of the anaerobic fermentation process of organic matter. The evaluations of the concentrations of macronutrients (N, P, and K) were made at 0, 15, 30, and 45 days: each one with three repetitions. The sediment from the Oreochromis niloticus “tilapia” rear-ing was obtained from the Experimental Centre of Genetics of the Faculty of Biological Sciences of the National University of Trujillo, and the chemical analysis of the samples was carried out in the laboratory of the drinking water and sewage service company of La Libertad S.A. It was found that after 45 days of fermentation, there is a production of 612.60 mg/l of nitrogen; 9.19 mg/l of phosphorus; and 12.33 mg/l of potassium. However, the maximum theoretical concentration of the real fortnightly production is only obtained after 35 days of biodigestion or anaerobic fermentation. These results demonstrated that the sludge from the breeding of Oreochromis niloticus “tilapia” is feasible to produce biol biofertiliser with good concentrations of macronutrients (N, P, and K) to develop high-yield organic agriculture.
