Resumen

Safety in the area of the construction is a matter of great interest and concern for both the public and private sectors, since there is a huge number of occupational accident occurrences, many of them with unfortunate endings for the existence of lives lost, being consequence mainly by the activity of massive and manual excavations. For this reason, the use and understanding of the norms in the safety and contingency plans is fundamental when starting a project, since the rigorous monitoring of this plan will define the increase or decrease in the probability of risk that each activity may have in construction.
