Resumen
The systematic review was initiated in view of the fact that industries are more focused on increasing their productivity and profits, this was observed mainly in some small industries, which from our own experience we see that workers lack ergonomic tools so they suffer musculoskeletal disorders. Therefore, this article aims to identify the ergonomic risk factors, the most used methods and specify the parts of the body that are most affected. The search equation was established with the PICOCT method in the Science Direct and Scopus databases obtaining 1023 articles, leaving 50 articles selected using the PRISMA statement. The study was based on 5 main industries: automotive, manufacturing, transportation, poultry and electronics. The ergonomic risk factors that were most relevant in the analysis of body parts and that most affected workers were repetitive movements and awkward postures. The same that were evaluated by 5 main methods which are: OWAS, CMDQ, RULA, OCRA and REBA depending on the industry to be applied. Finally, the major body ailments were shoulders/arms, hand/wrist, lower back and neck.
