Ergodic Synergy Model between Innovation and Scientific Research

Alfaro Bernedo J.O.; Ogosi Auqui J.A.; Alfaro Bardales M.R.; Lira Camargo Z.R. · Revista Venezolana de Gerencia (2025) · DOI: 10.52080/rvgluz.30.especial14.51

Resumen

This article addresses the need to modernize the management of public universities in Peru, in a context characterized by growing demands for sustainability and competitiveness. A systemic strategic management model is proposed that integrates the Balanced Scorecard with Business Intelligence in a virtual environment, aimed at strengthening the social, economic, environmental, infrastructural, and institutional sustainability of these organizations. The main objective is to align strategic objectives with operational processes through clear indicators and real-time data analysis, in order to improve decision-making and respond quickly to environmental changes. The research was based on the design of a conceptual model that articulates technological and strategic planning tools, considering documentary analysis and the systematization of previous experiences in university management as techniques. The results indicate that the application of the model would optimize the use of human and financial resources, increase the quality of academic and research processes, strengthen multidimensional sustainability, and enhance the competitive positioning of public universities nationally and internationally. Furthermore, it is recognized that the implementation of this proposal faces challenges related to technological infrastructure, staff training, cultural resistance to change, dependence on external policies, and limitations on equity in access to connectivity. The model constitutes an innovative and necessary alternative for modernizing university management, whose benefits depend on strategic planning that proactively addresses the technological, financial, cultural, and human challenges that accompany this transformation process.
