Marín J.M.R.; Angulo H.O.C.; Infantes J.A.A. · Revista de Filosofia (Venezuela) (2022) · DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.6456302

Resumen

Facing environmental deterioration is an inescapable task today. It represents the acknowledgment of centuries of abuse of nature, which have resulted in irreparable damage to the planet, as well as in the breakdown of harmonious man-environment relationships. For this reason, focused on a critical and interdisciplinary perspective, the work analyzes the various environmental strategies proposed for sustainability, articulating them to various philosophical, ethical, educational, economic factors, which have a positive impact on various latitudes of the planet, especially on Latin America. This fact leads to postulate the implementation of joint actions at the political, economic, public, private, and social levels, which curb the negative impacts of human actions on nature. The method used for the elaboration of the work is the hermeneutic-documentary. It concludes on the importance of philosophy, education and ecological ethics in the strategies used for the protection of the environment and future generations.
