Resumen
This systematic literature review article is focuses on environmental impact based on Scopus and other databases. The use of solid waste in construction industries such as the recycling of concrete, asphalt, wood and metal materials not only minimizes the volume of waste that reaches landfills, but also reduces the need to extract and process new resources. Likewise, in mining, the reuse of materials and the recycling of precious metals and other minerals contribute to a more circular economy, reducing dependence on the extraction of natural resources and reducing the carbon emissions associated with these processes. The implementation of advanced technologies and the adoption of strict environmental policies are essential to optimize waste management in these sectors. It is concluded that the mining and construction sectors have a crucial practice to promote sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
