Resumen
The research has the purpose of analyzing the epistemic foundations that promote environmental education as a sum of pedagogical strategies in favor of showing ways of life in harmony with dignity. By distinguishing banking education from emancipatory education, critical thinking is encouraged as a break from the impositions that consumerist societies promote. Meanwhile, it benefits learning as a dialogical event of human communities that exercise the ability to feel, reason and deliberate about the situations they share. Thus, coordinating emancipation to the extent that the discursive confluence serves to articulate liberating actions. Human rights serve to differentiate and legitimize the best actions as an expression of justice. It is a study from the rationalist approach that uses diachronic bibliographic analysis.
