Entrepreneurship in the Reuse of Solid Waste in the Province of Trujillo, 2023

Resumen

The general objective of the research "Entrepreneurship in the reuse of solid waste in the province of Trujillo, 2023" was to identify the level of the variable entrepreneurship in the reuse of solid waste in the province of Trujillo, 2023, the research was applied, with a non-experimental design, cross-sectional, whose sample consisted of 40 people who undertake the activity of reusing solid waste. The survey technique was used, with a questionnaire of 16 questions, the result of which was a medium level for entrepreneurship with 45%. Good relations between entrepreneurs, suppliers, family and friends should be strengthened to allow for greater growth. Entrepreneurs also need to acquire skills with creative capacity. They must work on the formation of networks and formalize in order to obtain bank credit. 82.5% are male entrepreneurs. Organic waste tops the list of raw materials that entrepreneurs work with. The monthly income of the entrepreneurs working with organic waste is S/4, 000.00 soles.
