Resumen

The IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) Women in Circuits and Systems (WiCAS) and Young Professionals in Circuits and Systems (YPCAS) initiatives were prominently featured during the 17th IEEE Latin American Symposium on Circuits and Systems (LASCAS 2026), held in Arequipa, Peru. These events provided engaging platforms for students, early-career researchers, and professionals to explore career development, leadership, and inclusion within the Circuits and Systems community.
