Pasiguán G.; Higidioh H. · Clio. Revista de Historia, Ciencias Humanas y Pensamiento Critico. (2025) · DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17012881

Resumen

This research provided a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the impact of stress on the emotional well-being of teachers in educational institutions. Academic databases such as Dialnet, Scopus, Redalyc and SciELO were used to collect information. In a first phase, numerous studies that did not meet the specified date range (2020-2025) or similarity in the variables of interest were excluded. The study highlighted the urgent need to implement intervention programs to promote the emotional well-being of teachers, as well as the importance of providing effective tools for emotional regulation and stress management. These interventions not only improve the quality of life of the learner, but also strengthen the teaching and learning process. It was concluded that the positive impact that can be achieved through comprehensive attention to teacher well-being is essential to build healthier and more productive educational environments.
