Electronic notification: Its inadequate use and affects

Resumen

This article explains how, within the Peruvian legal system, the protective aspect of electronic notification has been diminished in favor of its characteristics as a tool to streamline administrative work. It also explores the main disadvantages faced by the administered due to this misunderstanding of electronic notification and proposes alternative solutions to address these issues.
