Resumen
This research aimed to determine the effect of telepsychology on affective-emotional states represented by depression, anxiety, and stress in students at a private Peruvian university. The research was quasi-experimental in nature, with a quantitative approach and explanatory scope. The instrument used was the DASS-21, administered to 108 undergraduate students who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. For the experimental group, a telepsychological program was applied online synchronously through the Zoom platform and the use of other digital tools such as Mentimeter, Kahoot, Wordwall, among others. In conclusion, after implementing the telepsychological program, it was observed that the experimental group showed a change in their affective-emotional states, while the control group remained at their initial levels. In the experimental group, depression decreased by 2.73 ± 0.45, equivalent to 45.5%, stress decreased by 4.80 ± 0.66, equivalent to 40.68%, and anxiety decreased by 3.68 ± 0.47, corresponding to 55.01%.
