Resumen
The Kanban method is presented as a practical tool that can be used in university settings to promote organized, collaborative, and productive work. The research aimed to demonstrate the impact of the Kanban method on Problem-Based Learning among students in the Biology and Natural Sciences Program at the Faculty of Sciences at the National University of Education, Peru, in 2023. Pre and post-test instruments were used for the study; in addition, evaluation and observation sheets were applied to the activities and research carried out by students using the Kanban method in a sample of 15 students. Among the main results, it was demonstrated that the Kanban method substantially increases student learning. Finally, it was concluded that the Kanban method contributes to student satisfaction, as learning achievements are evident, improving critical thinking, reinforcing cognitive, procedural, and attitudinal skills, while keeping in mind the constant changes within the educational environment. © Licencia de Creative Commons Atribución 4.0 Internacional (CC BY 4.0) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es
