Resumen
The main objective of this research study is to determine the effect of the hybrid classroom on competency management in Peruvian graduate students. The methodology is of pre-experimental type, applying a quantitative approach. The sample is composed by 120 graduate students from a private university located in the north of Peru. The hybrid classroom represents the space where learning management is promoted by combining the traditional classroom as the digital environment, which, through flexibility, can integrate people from different regions of Peru. The results show that only 3% of students obtain a satisfactory grade (18-20) while 84% reach an achieved level (15-17). On the other hand, 13% obtain a grade in process (11-14) and no student stayed on the range at the beginning (0-10). It is concluded that most students reach the assessed competencies through flex learning, showing statistically significant effectiveness.
