Resumen

Through the integration of educational leadership and artificial intelligence, education can experience a paradigm shift toward a more creative, personalized, and efficient system, all while maintaining a commitment to ethics and placing the needs of students at the center. The objective of the study is to determine the relationship between educational leadership and the use of artificial intelligence in public education of UGEL Sur Arequipa. The research methodology was quantitative, non-experimental, and used the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. A total of 352 teachers with managerial responsibilities were selected and surveyed. According to the results, 72.1% of the participants have a good perception of educational leadership, while 73.1% indicated that they support the use of AI in public education. Likewise, the proposed SEM model demonstrated that educational leadership and its dimensions are correlated with the use of artificial intelligence in education, obtaining significant value (0.901). It is concluded that educational leadership in UGEL Sur Arequipa is positively and significantly correlated with the use of AI in public education.
