Resumen
This study analyzes the educational and labor trajectories of young graduates from a program linking technical-productive training with rural secondary schools in Piura, Peru. Using a qualitative approach, 23 semi-structured interviews were conducted with actors from differentiated profiles, graduates, teachers, principals, and micro-entrepreneurs linked to the program, identifying five key dimensions: labor insertion, educational continuity, technical skills, socio-emotional abilities, and professional expectations. Technical training promotes employability and entrepreneurship, but its impact depends on socioeconomic factors, family networks, and gender.
