Resumen
University accreditation in Peru is becoming more frequent, aiming to offer a quality education service. This study focuses on the expectations doctoral students have regarding the accreditation of their doctoral programs in Peruvian universities. It considers three dimensions: Quality of teaching, quality of research, and quality of social outreach. The objective is to determine the level of expectation students have about these dimensions both globally and by subgroup (gender, city, student vs. graduate, public vs. private university). One of the key findings is that there is a high level of expectation that accreditation will improve service across all three dimensions.
