Distribution of Audiovisual Content on Digital Platforms in Ibero-America: A Systematic Review of the Scientific Literature

Ascuez-Valero F.M.; Turriate-Guzmán A.M. · 2022 IEEE 5th International Conference on Electronics and Communication Engineering, ICECE 2022 (2022) · DOI: 10.1109/icece56287.2022.10048614

Resumen

The objective of this systematic review is to know the reasons why audiovisual content is being distributed on digital platforms in Ibero-America between 2011 - 2021, through the analysis of research articles using the Ebsco database. This selection of articles was made under certain inclusion and exclusion criteria to obtain relevant information on the topic addressed. Likewise, underlining, summarizing, and paraphrasing techniques were used to manage the information. On the other hand, from the results obtained, it was observed that there are various forms of consumption, models, access, and analysis to know the reasons why content is chosen to be distributed on digital platforms. In turn, in the process of information collection, certain limits were found in the search for articles, which prevented obtaining a large number and variety of texts to carry out the study effectively, since this topic has not been widely researched, so far. Finally, it is concluded that digital platforms are the most accepted by the audience due to the viability they offer.
