Resumen
This research analyzes the anti-corruption proposals of the electoral plans of the Peruvian political parties Fuerza Popular (FP) and Perú Libre (PL) for the 2021 general elections. Discourse analysis was used for the study, which divided the texts into three levels: narrative, conceptual, and discursive. The results obtained were that corruption is understood as both a public problem (FP) and a public-private problem; proposals range from modifications within the status quo (FP) to radical political and economic changes (PL); and FP seeks to improve public administration through efficiency and transparency, while PL seeks to use the state to change the political and economic model. The conclusions are that both parties do not consider corruption as a central issue in their discourses, and the proposals lack organicity and depth.
