Resumen
The effective implementation of digital transformation strategies in the public sector is a complex challenge due to the need to address multiple technological, organizational and cultural dimensions, as well as the diversity of government contexts. Digital transformation in the public sector is crucial to improve efficiency, transparency and citizen participation in the delivery of government services. However, a lack of understanding of best practices in implementing these strategies can hinder their success and limit their impact. This study aims to explore the perception of best practices in the implementation of digital transformation strategies in the public sector, in order to identify lessons learned and recommendations to improve future initiatives. Key practices were identified: a clear vision and strong strategic direction, a comprehensive approach that addresses multiple dimensions of digital transformation, and the promotion of citizen participation and transparency in the process. These findings provide valuable information to guide future digital transformation initiatives and improve the effectiveness and sustainability of government modernization efforts.
