Resumen
This study examines the relationships among key enablers that support the transition toward digital, circular, and sustainable procurement. Expert evaluations informed the development of a Structural Self-Interaction Matrix (SSIM), analyzed via Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to establish a hierarchy of enabler influences. MICMAC analysis complemented these results by classifying the factors according to their driving power and dependence. The findings reveal a consistent pattern: digital transformation enablers function as primary drivers, circular procurement factors operate as intermediate connectors, and sustainability enablers emerge as the most dependent elements. This integrated approach contributes to understanding how these dimensions interact within procurement systems and offers practical insights for aligning digitalization efforts with circular and sustainability objectives.
