Digital repository for the reuse of lessons learned as a knowledge management tool, case study project subject

Resumen

Information has been essential in the evolution of science, technology, culture and society. In this context, knowledge management (KM) is consolidated as a pillar in the modern management and leadership of organizations. One of the tools that help KM implementation is lessons learned (LL) from projects. But we observe in institutions that LL constitute an asset; however, there are still some difficulties that limit its effective use. This communication exposes the second part of the project aimed at the effective management of LL through a digital repository, taking as a case study the work of the Project subject of the University of Piura. The first communication, presented at AEIPRO 2023, shows the LL model and the high-level design of the repository. This second part exposes the detailed design and implementation of the digital repository. This repository allows the management of LL, in its different categories and users of the repository. Likewise, it allows direct searches and searches with filters that promote storage, improve use and efficient disposition of LL knowledge from past projects to optimize the development of current projects.
