Resumen
Cusco, one of Peru's leading tourist destinations, faces a persistent challenge: the dispersion and disorganization of tourist information, particularly across digital platforms. This issue leads to misinformation among visitors, hindering their overall experience. The root causes include the limited use of technologies for information management and dissemination, low levels of digitalization within the tourism sector, and continued reliance on traditional promotional channels. In response, we propose CuscoGo360, a web-based model that centralizes reliable and accessible tourist information, integrates real-time tools, and is developed through Design Thinking methodologies and Big Data analytics, validated with real users. The study concludes that integrating user-centered technologies and strategically utilizing big data can effectively address the absence of a centralized information system. Furthermore, the model demonstrates potential scalability to other regions of the country with similar contexts.
