Resumen
– Dialogue systems, such as chatbots that interact with humans through natural language, have attracted significant research interest in the last few years. However, despite their popularity, there are questions about their application in the realm of software requirements. Through the lens of Software Engineering (SE), this article presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) that explores the utilization of dialogue systems in software requirements activities. Relevant aspects from 2015 to 2025 have been identified, outlining their categories, the functionalities provided by dialogue systems, their implementation approaches, and the associated challenges and drawbacks. Based on these findings, the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is underscored, current research gaps are discussed, and research possibilities that could be addressed in the future are proposed.
