Resumen
Entrepreneurship in Peru faces high failure rates, mainly due to a lack of innovation and insufficient support from public policies, which fail to produce effective results. This study examines how entrepreneurship education can promote pedagogical change through the implementation of active and experiential approaches, emphasizing the importance of teachers complementing theory with practical experiences to enhance students’ entrepreneurial skills. Through a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 teachers from a Peruvian public university. These participants, selected for their willingness to contribute, were part of a training program that enabled them to provide valuable insights on the subject. The findings highlight the importance of collaborative and interactive methodologies, such as the use of real-life cases, which link theory to practice. Iterative evaluation reinforces entrepreneurship as an ongoing process, fostering innovation and adaptability. The implementation of innovative methodologies is key for students to develop competencies such as resilience and critical thinking, preparing them for the challenges of the entrepreneurial world.
