Resumen
The purpose of the research is to develop soft skills in engineering teachers, based on the model of deontological ethics, for good professional performance in academic and non-lecture activities at the university and their social relevance in their future research, evaluating their impact on the training development of Engineering teachers showing its binding action with a correct social projection. In the present study, certain Human skills will be introduced, as analogous to soft skills, clarifying certain ethical principles that serve as a basis for new competencies, performances and skills, which once apprehended by engineering teachers, it will be evident that they will be better able to The projects in which they participate achieve greater social relevance, the main objective of the study is to structure a strategy model to complement the skills of their Engineering training, with human (Soft) skills, for better professional development and empowerment.
