Resumen

This paper presents the development of an automated shelling system which uses for Morocho Corn using Machine Learning and sensor technologies. Morocho corn is an important crop for agriculture in Peru, but the shelling process is inefficient, as it is carried out manually due to the lack of suitable automated machinery. This consumes time for farmers and results in an economic deficit. Therefore, this research proposes the development of a machine that automates the shelling process and is specifically designed to improve productivity and reduce costs. This technology is equipped with sensors and computerized visualization systems to ensure precise, high- quality shelling, while also aligning with current stringent sanitary standards.
