De La Calle C.; De La Cruz G.; Galvan M.; Guevara J. · Proceedings of the 2023 IEEE 3rd International Conference on Advanced Learning Technologies on Education and Research, ICALTER 2023 (2023) · DOI: 10.1109/icalter61411.2023.10372883

Resumen

The 'Te escucho' project represents the development of a mobile application aimed at promoting the learning of Peruvian sign language to enhance the inclusion of individuals with special conditions. Initially, our focus was on the accurate implementation of user interfaces and improving the visibility of units and topics. In the second stage, we ensured that the information was customized for each user, incorporating assessments and practical exercises. In the final stage, we integrated artificial intelligence capable of recognizing the alphabet from images. Finally, the results of the experimentation and testing stage demonstrated a considerable increase in the level of learning, as evidenced by the obtained results.
