Resumen
Nowadays, robotics allows us to improve the efficiency of processes and the quality of products. However, the high cost of this type of technology is often inaccessible to small or medium-sized industries, especially in developing countries, such as Peru. In this work, a robot is developed as a low-cost alternative to promote automation in sectors where specialized human resources are insufficient, for example, agroindustry. The design and construction of the mechanical structure of the robot is a combination of additive and conventional manufacturing. The actuator system uses BLDC motors, control card, harmonic reducers, belts and pulleys of low-cost. The kinematic, dynamic, and trajectory planning model of the robot was developed and embedded on a microprocessor card Teensy 4.1. The performance of the robot is evaluated under nominal load in a work environment similar to a real one, validating its performance in precision, repeatability, and production. © (2025), (Universidad Politecnica de Valencia.).
