Resumen
The objective of this research was to make a design proposal for an automatic closed-loop control to improve the pumping system of 110kw submersible pumps applied to the mining sector. With the results obtained with the simulation of the LabVIEW software, in figure "4"it can be seen that the energy consumption of the submersible pump "1"is reduced by 33.4% and the energy consumption of the submersible pump "2"by 30%. In the same way, in figure "5"it shows us that there is a reduction in operating time in submersible pump "1"of 60 hours per month and in submersible pump "2"of 90 hours per month, all this is due to the fact that in figure "6"it shows us an increase in flow flow from 149 m3/h to 215m3/h in submersible pump "1", from 150m3h to 220m3h in the submersible pump "2". Concluding that by carrying out the design of the automatic closed-loop control of submersible pumps, there is greater reliability for the operation of the mining unit and performing real-time monitoring of electrical parameters remotely, thus increasing the useful life of the mechanical and electrical components.
