Resumen
The objective of this research is to design artifacts applicable to the resolution of problems in the Management of the Supply Chain of an organization of Liquid Hydrocarbons Distribution Terminals, using a DSR framework. This is an investigation focused on design, in which knowledge about the problem and its solution is generated through the innovative construction of artifacts. For the above, we started from the primary information provided by the different terminals under study, then proceeded to analyze the terminals based on their information. The artifact was developed based on the SCM frameworks and Hevner’s DSR methodology, whose results concluded that the model meets the evaluation criteria at the design level and is framed within the use of good Supply Chain practices.
