Resumen
Effective knowledge management is a topic of interest for academics and professionals because it is fundamental in improving organizations. One of the tools that help the implementation of knowledge management are the lessons learned. It has been observed, within the projects of higher institutions, that the lessons learned constitute an asset. However, there are still some difficulties that limit the formulation, storage, and dissemination of knowledge. Therefore, the objective of this research is to develop the analysis and design of a digital repository of lessons learned as a knowledge management tool. Taking as a case study the projects subject taught as a core subject, in which the lessons learned from the projects carried out in the last 10 years are analyzed and selected and a knowledge dissemination and management tool is applied, in order to create a dynamic work climate and identify the relevance of this tool in an educational context. This repository will promote better knowledge storage, use, and efficient disposition of knowledge from lessons learned from past projects to optimize the development of future projects.
