Design and implementation of a business management system to improve productivity in a telecommunications company, Trujillo 2024

Resumen

The present research is of an applied and experimental nature. The techniques used were an interview with the general manager, surveys for the staff and documentary analysis of the existing data in the small telecommunications company, where an initial diagnosis was made to detect the main problems that affected its productivity, for which they were designed and implemented business management tools, such as job profiles, a recruitment process, an induction program, an ergonomics workshop and a Poka Yoke, which made it possible to improve the existing problematic situation and improve the company's productivity by 45.9%, from 8 ugis/month up to 11.67 ugis/month.
