Methodology: A total of 147 healthcare workers from Hospital Goyeneche II participated, using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. Statistical analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and the Chi-square test. Results: 59.9% of the evaluated personnel presented depression, which was associated with gender, work area, and ethical dilemmas in the care of COVID-19 patients.
