Delays in obtaining the master's degree in the postgraduate degree at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the National University of Engineering, Peru

Resumen

This paper addresses the problem of graduates of the Master's Degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the National University of Engineering, Peru, who have encountered various obstacles that generate delays in obtaining their master's degree. Currently, there are a number of graduates below 10%, including full promotions in which they have not yet reached the degree, in such a situation we make an evaluation and then we propose recommendations that allow mitigating the problem and a possible solution.
