Resumen
The Principles for Responsible Investment in Agriculture and Food Systems (CFS-RAI) are valid instruments for project management that can guide better decision-making. Given that it is complex to implement the CFS-RAI principles in their full breadth, this research analyzed and prioritized objectives related to the main problems of the agri-food sector in the central highlands of Peru. The research was carried out within the framework of the second edition of the International Business Program on the CFS-RAI principles in collaboration with FAO, carried out by GESPLAN of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), as part of the activities of the letters of FAO-UPM agreement. 43 people participated in the program, representatives of 24 companies and 8 universities from 8 countries, one of the working groups being that of the central highlands of Peru, made up of seven people and coordinated by the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). The group held five discussion workshops and obtained prioritization by averaging the individual contribution of each member. The five highest priority objectives are presented, by principle, that should be considered in the process of implementing the CFS-RAI principles in the central highlands of Peru.
