Resumen
Glioblastoma Multiforme is the most common primary malignant brain tumor with poor prognosis in spite current multimodal therapy. The success of Glioblastoma Multiforme is based on its capacity to induce an immunosuppressive state affecting both innate and adaptative immune response along with resistance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The objective of the present review paper is to describe the current knowledge regarding biological mechanisms developed by Glioblastoma Multiforme for weakening the immune system.
