In a globalized and competitive educational environment, the ability to innovate has become a determining factor for institutional sustainability and success. This study, with a quantitative approach and correlational design, examined how a culture that promotes transformational leadership, an innovative climate, knowledge management, and the use of technology is associated with the application of effective management strategies. Two validated questionnaires were administered to a sample of 285 principals and teachers. The results revealed a positive and significant correlation (r = 0.478, p < 0.001) between the culture of innovation and management strategies.
