Contraventions against Children and Adolescents in the Jurisprudence of the Peruvian Supreme Court of Justice

Resumen

In this research we show how the Supreme Court of Peru has been developing and interpreting the regulation about contraventions against minors; institution regulated in an insufficient and imprecise way in the Code on Children and Adolescents. Although in some points the Court achieves a certain consistency and predictability, in other aspects the imprecision is still latent.
