Construction of the cavern for rolling stock parking in line 2 of the Lima's subway (Peru)

Resumen

777/s article describes the design and construction of a cavern in Line 2 of Lima's Subway for rolling stock parking purposes. The Construction Consortium M2 Lima (CCM2L) commissioned Geocontrol, the design and construction site supervision of this cavern, which was constructed by the Spanish company Obras Subterráneas, S.A., by means of the Self-Supported Vault method developed by Geocontrol for caverns in soil.
