An Excel database was used and the statistical analysis was performed with the Stata V15 program. Chi Square statistical tests and the Kappa coefficient were applied to estimate the agreement between the cephalometric analyses. Results: After data analysis, an agreement of 43.4% was found in the diagnosis of type II skeletal relationship, regardless of the gender and age of the patients. A low relationship was observed between the Ricketts and Tatis cephalometric analyzes for the diagnosis of the same skeletal relationship. Conclusions: As a result of the investigation, it was concluded that there is limited agreement between the cephalometric analyzes of Ricketts and Tatis in the diagnosis of skeletal class.
