Resumen
Chatbots are being widely used in various applications, from assistants for various processes, such as customer assistants in the early stages of interaction, working as first filters. In this paper we describe a computational model for the configuration and training of a chatbots exclusively dedicated to learn the coding of diseases found in the ICD-10, in clinical practice, the use of ICD-10 is through the search on the internet or in printed books. The use of chatbots will allow quick access to coding through a few key questions, allowing the chatbot to present the best options, as a result we have the procedures to configure any process where clinical information is required, the model is replicable and scalable to different areas.
